Our 2023 event will take place March 4th & 5th. Typically our event happens on the first weekend in March, make sure to check our event page for any updates.
Our event takes place in the Convention Center of the Crowne Plaza Denver Hotel, the address is 15500 E 40th Ave, Denver, CO 80239
The event schedule will be posted on our website prior to the event. This will show the start and finish times for our event both days, as well as speaker presentations and raffle drawings.
The Crowne Plaza Convention Center offers a rate of $5/day for parking.
The Crowne Plaza Convention Center provides appropriate parking and accommodations for those with medical needs. You can refer to their website for further information.
We have a special discounted rate on a certain number of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, as well as a few others listed on our website. Please check our website for links and information. NOTE: Hotel rooms and pricing are subject to change.
We don’t provide any shuttles from outside hotels to the event venue, if you need to arrange transportation to and from the event that will have to be done separately.

We do not offer refunds on tickets, all sales are final.
Your ticket purchase and QR code will arrive via email shortly after you purchase them online. If it does not arrive please contact [email protected] and they will assist you.
You can show your tickets at the door on your phone, no physical copy is needed! We will also accept printed copies if that is easier for you.
If you have purchased tickets for someone else please try to use their full name so that we can scan correctly at the door. If you weren’t able to change the name, make sure to inform the attendee of the correct name to use at the door to gain entrance.
Children ages 5-12 require a kids ticket, ages 5 and under are free!
At this time we do not offer any military or senior citizen discounts.
General admission refers to the time that all ticket-buyers will be allowed to enter the event. NOTE: If your ticket allows you in at an earlier time, please make sure to arrive according to your ticket.
According to the ticket you buy you will be provided a wristband that clearly shows when you are allowed in. We will have security at the door to prevent early entrance.
If you purchased a Two Day Pass or higher, you will need your wristband to gain access to the event on both days. Please do not cut off or remove your wristband until you are certain you’re done entering the venue.
Raffle tickets will be available at our designated raffle table during the event. Someone there will assist you with ticket purchase.*
Absolutely! We love to host animal companions who tag along, however please remain aware of your pet to ensure their safety as well as others.
We provide a cash bar as well as a snacks and concession stand that you can purchase food and drinks from. We will have a limited amount of tables set up for those who’d like to sit down with food and/or drinks.

ReefStock follows all local mandated guidelines for event safety. Masks are encouraged but not required, we also provide hand sanitizing stations located around the venue for your convenience.
