Our event takes place in Sydney Showground Hall 4B, the address is Exhibition Hall 4, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127, Australia

The event schedule will be posted on our website prior to the event. This will show the start and finish times for our event both days, as well as speaker presentations and raffle drawings.

The closest and easiest place to park is lot P6, which is located across the street from Hall 4B. Parking rates are $6/hour or $30/day. If you are an exhibitor you may book your parking in advanced for a lower rate, please email show management for more info.

Yes Sydney Showground is equipped with all necessary parking and accessibility for handicapped and disabled.

We will have discounted rates at local hotels near the show, the link will be provided via our website prior to the show.

We don’t provide any shuttles from outside hotels to the event venue, if you need to arrange transportation to and from the event that will have to be done separately.

Tickets will be available for purchase prior to the event via ticket link on our website. Tickets are not available yet, but will be publicly announced when available!

We do not offer refunds on tickets or merch, all sales are final.

Your ticket purchase and QR code will arrive via email shortly after you purchase them online. If it does not arrive please contact [email protected] and they will assist you.

You can show your tickets at the door on your phone, no physical copy is needed! We will also accept printed copies if that is easier for you.

If you have purchased tickets for someone else please try to use their full name so that we can scan correctly at the door. If you weren’t able to change the name, make sure to inform the attendee of the correct name to use at the door to gain entrance.

Children ages 17 and under are free! Ages 18 and above will require an adult ticket.

At this time we do not offer any military or senior citizen discounts.

General admission refers to the time that all ticket-buyers will be allowed to enter the event. NOTE: If your ticket allows you in at an earlier time, please make sure to arrive according to your ticket.

According to the ticket you buy you will be provided a wristband that clearly shows when you are allowed in. We will have security at the door to prevent early entrance.

If you purchased a Two Day Pass or higher, you will need your wristband to gain access to the event on both days. Please do not cut off or remove your wristband until you are certain you’re done entering the venue.

Raffle tickets will be available at the front entrance desk. You may leave to purchase tickets at the front and re-enter as long as you keep your wristband on for security to see.*

Service dogs or necessary medical companions are allowed in, however all other pets are not allowed on site.

We will have a concession and bar available throughout the event to purchase food and drinks. There will also be a limited amount of tables set up for those who’d like to sit down with food and/or drinks.

In the event of any postponement or cancellation we will update everyone with information as soon as we have made the decision.
